Shipping Policy

We provide multiple shipping options through UPS and the estimate associated with them is based on weights, size and shipping destination. Since these estimates are fairly precise we do not offer refunds for the UPS options.

We also offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS Ground). We cannot integrate with the USPS system and obtain estimates based on weight, size and shipping destination like we can with UPS. Since our individual products are many different shapes and sizes we provide an estimate based on order amount. If the estimate is greater then the actual shipping expense you will be refunded the difference. If the estimate is less then the actual expense we will cover the difference.

We do ship internationally. If the order needs to be shipped outside of the United States please select the "USPS Ground" shipping option.

In general all orders go out the next business day unless there is some exceptional circumstance.
