Shipping & Returns

We offer free USPS shipping on all orders over $95. For orders less then $95 we charge a flat rate fee of $4.95 for USPS Ground shipping and handling on all packages regardless of quantity, size or weight.

We also offer various options through UPS. Our UPS shipping charges are customized by UPS per package based on weight and shipping address location. We offer UPS as a convenience to our customers as a way to mitigate any time sensitive deliveries.

We do ship internationally. If the order needs to be shipped outside of the United States please select the "USPS Ground" shipping option.

In general all orders go out the next business day unless there is some exceptional circumstance. If there is an exceptional circumstance we will do our best to notify you. All sales are final.

Our products require labor intensive and careful packing to ensure safe arrival. In rare occassions a product will be damaged in transit. If that is the case we will replace it. We just ask that you send the product back to us and upon receipt we will ship you a new one.
