This is a cute incense smoker from the renowned workshops of Mueller Kleinkunst. They have been created these treasures for over 100 years now. Handmade in Seiffen, Germany. He is a wanderer or hiker wearing an orange jacket with a grey stocking hat and scarf. He is cheeks are a touch rosy from the crisp cold air and he carries poles with him to maintain his balance and has a backpack on. He is probably carrying a snack and water in his backpack.
