This moving toy was probably made as early as 1800 in Seiffen. When you hand crank it the water mill mill moves. This shows where the ore was washed as early 1750. Very detailed and handcrafted by Wolfgang Werner in Seiffen, Germany. This is a very nice piece of German folk art. Size is 3 inches wide and 4 inches high.
