These 16th century Erzgebirge miners are working and transporting material. Mining was the way of life in the Erzgebirge region for many generations until the mines dried up and the community shifted to woodworking. This historical creation was handmade by the Walter Werner studios in Seiffen, Germany. Size of each miner is approximately 4 inches tall. This set includes 4 miners and 2 carts.
