This is a very detailed piece of German Folkart from the Werkstätten Flade studios. This Santa is delivering toys. He was handmade and handpainted in the Erzgebirge region of Germany. The Santas beard is real flaxhair which is the trademark of Werkstätten Flade. He is 3.25 inches tall.
